Guidelines to Qualify for Rebate:

1. Must be installed on Ark Valley's line
2. Must be a minimum of 40 gallons
3. Less than 60 gallons, must have a minimum Engergy Factor of .93
4. Greater than 60 gallons, must have a minimum Engergy Factor of .91
5. Installation must be verified
6. Will need proof of purchase
